  • ONE ON ONE EVALUATIONS:

    ONE ON ONE EVALUATIONS

    Physiological Assessment (includes weight, circumference measurements and body composition)

    Posture and Movement Assessment

     

    *Evaluations are done to establish an individuals starting point.  Based on the evaluation, I will determine the specific goals and need for each client, then create an individualized fitness program.

  • FITNESS TRAINING:

    PERSONAL AND GROUP TRAINING

     

    PERSONAL TRAINING:

    Thirty (30) Minute Sessions

    Fifty (50) Minute Sessions

     

    TEAM TRAINING (ONLY 2 PEOPLE):

    Thirty (30) Minute Sessions

    Fifty (50) Minute Sessions

     

    SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS (MINIMUM 2 PEOPLE - MAXIMUM 5 PEOPLE):

    Two Fifty (50) Minute Sessions Per Week

     

    GROUP TRAINING - FIFTY MINUTE SESSIONS:

    Packages ranging from two sessions per week, three sessions per week and a monthly unlimited.

    Team Training (2 Person Maximum)

    Semi-Private Training (2 Person Minimum – 5 Person Maximum)
